Dr Bryan Low
MBBS, FRACGP, Dip of Dermoscopy
Dr Bryan Low graduated from University of New South Wales in 2008. Subsequently, he has rotated through many different specialities while working in various hospitals in Singapore and then here in Western Australia. He obtained his fellowship of general practice while working in the wheatbelt for several years. During his time in a small town in the wheatbelt, he has seen numerous untreated skin cancers and sun related skin conditions. He decided to train further in skin cancer during that time and developed a strong interest in skin cancer. He started a small skin cancer clinic for the local patients in the town and found many melanomas. Due to family commitments, he had to come back to Perth to work and found himself working in Rockingham. For a few years, he developed a good reputation as a skin cancer doctor and received many referrals from the local GPs.
For the past 1 year, he has been working in a dedicated skin cancer clinic and now, he is keen to bring his expertise to Reynolds road Medical centre. Education is a passion of his and he continues to educate himself in the latest treatment and also teaches medical students at Curtin University. Over the years, he has obtained Diploma in dermoscopy, advanced certificates in skin cancer medicine, surgery, aesthetic medicine and a basic certificate in dermatology. He is currently finishing his diploma for skin cancer medicine and dermatology. If he is not working, he spends time with his 3 crazy boys to try to take the load off his lovely wife.
